General Returns

If you change your mind about any item and wish to return it, we offer a no quibble 28 day returns policy for any general purchase provided that it is unused and with its original packaging.  We regret that, for legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns of flea and worming treatments (unless damaged or incomplete upon delivery - see below).  You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

We can only accept returns of products bought from us.

Faulty or Incomplete Orders

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that items are checked and packed well to ensure that you receive the right item in perfect condition, we realise that occasionally things can go wrong.  If you do receive an item that is damaged, incomplete or if you received the wrong item, we will fully refund the cost of the item plus we will also cover the cost of return postage.

How to Return an Item

If you want to return an item, please email us at enquiries@beezo.co.uk or via the contact page clearly stating the item(s) you wish to return and whether there is any problem with it.  We will provide a returns reference number and will advise you about the best and most cost-effective method for return which may include our courier service.

We recommend using a trackable returns service for any returns as we are not responsible for any items that go missing in the post and proof of postage will not be considered proof of receipt.  We will be happy to offer help and advice at any stage.

Refunds

All refunds due to you, including postage where it has been agreed, will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item(s).  All refunds will be returned to the account from which the item was purchased
